1200 beetle 1968 SOLD C122329 | | | Not for sale - it has been sold via a Car and Classic Free Ad | | Just finished complete overhaul.Body was stripped back to bare metal and resprayed with 2 pack acrylic.Four new wings fitted and new running boards.New inner sills have been welded in.New american spec headlights and new tail lights.The car has been converted to 12 volt with new regulater and battery fitted.The wheels were bare metal blasted and sprayed.Four new tyres fitted with new trim rings and baby moons.The engine was stripped, valves reground, new rings fitted,new exhaust, also new distributer,new coil, new leads and plugs.The front suspension has been repainted and over hauled, new shocks fitted and new steering box.Rear suspension overhauled and painted.The brakes have all been renewed, shoes,cylinders,steel and rubber hoses and new master cylinder.All the door rubbers are new.Seats have all been recovered and the door cards are new.New carpets and headlining.All the window rubbers are also new.
This car has had a lot of time and money spent on it and is almost brand new.It drives absolutely fantastic and wants for nothing.It is mot'd till november 2010 and is tax free
