- Sparingly used and dry stored by current keeper
- Imported from Italy and now registered on UK plates
- Supplied with original Italian service book
The Appeal
Doctor Who had his Tardis, Italian families of the 60s and 70s had this - the incredible 500 Giardiniera. Somehow, Fiat eked out a full four seats and decent-sized boot into the footprint of a postage stamp - all with a massive folding sunroof to dial up la dolce vita.
Combining pretty Bianco white with a vibrant two-tone red and white interior, this 1967 Giardinera is a really nice example of these unusual and practical little cars. It arrived from Italy to the UK in 2014 and with the current keeper five years ago. He tells us that he has only covered 1,000 miles in that time, carefully dry-storing it between uses.
The car is said to run well and has not required any work since it was acquired. A great little run around and potential show star for the lucky buyer.
The vendor says:
“The car is a very honest version and full of character. It's not in concourse condition but ready to use.”
