Rare example imported from Burma (Myanmar) in 2016
Matching engine and frame numbers confirmed by the Triumph Owners Club
Rebuilt with new and refurbished components
Accompanied by a certificating letter from the Triumph Owners Club
The Appeal
With its 490cc engine and sweet-handling chassis, the T100 earned a sparkling reputation - and often saw official and authority use thanks to its easy-going particulars. This example was originally purchased by the Burmese authorities, where it worked as a police bike.
Arriving back in Britain as a disassembled rolling chassis and collection of parts in 2016, this T100 has been rebuilt by its current owner over a number of years. The work encompasses a rebuilt engine, new wheel rims, a powder-coated frame, and a resprayed tank and oil reservoir. Matching engine and frame numbers have been verified by the Triumph Owners Club, who have issued a certificating letter confirming the bike's provenance and its original purchase by the Burmese authorities.
With only 105 miles covered since its rebuild, this T100 is a very nicely-prepared machine that's ready and waiting for its new keeper.image.png1.71 MB
