The Appeal

The Volvo Amazon is one of Sweden's most enduring classics - rugged, handsome, and built to last, with lashings of brightwork and handsome styling from top to bottom that were loaded with retro-futurist character. The two-door 121 is the sportier-looking variant, and 1970 examples carry particular significance as the model's final year of production before the 140 series took over entirely.

This car was originally delivered new to the German market and was imported to Poland in 2023, where it has since undergone a body and paint restoration alongside a mechanical recommissioning. This still looks in fine fettle - it's a deeply handsome car, with a fine gloss, bright chromework and a very smart cabin.
