It's still lightweight, perky and charismatic, and thanks to the familiar 998cc A-Series engine and four-speed manual gearbox, still very friendly and familiar.

A glassfibre bonnet and wings have been fitted, and a recent carburettor installed. It's a handsome, solid and eminently drivable example of the Mini - one that could benefit from a bit of fettling and, above all, regular use.
