The appeal
The B2K twin-turbo kit developed by Reeves Callaway transformed the Corvette C4 into a sports car with performance significantly superior to that of the standard version. Fewer than 500 examples are believed to have been fitted with this upgrade over a five-year period, as the cost of the conversion was particularly high at the time.
The 1989 model year features a unique configuration, combining a six-speed manual gearbox with the first-generation C4 dashboard.
This black coupé with a red interior is one of just 68 Callaway Corvettes produced in 1989, 44 of which were coupés. According to the information provided, fewer than 10 per cent of these coupés are believed to have been delivered in black. Owned by its current owner since 2021, the car is said to have been regularly serviced and kept in a garage.
The seller describes the bodywork, interior and mechanics as being in excellent condition, whilst the paintwork is described as being in very good condition. He also states that the car drives well and handles well, with the two turbochargers, in his view, providing immediate response.image.png1.72 MB
