The Appeal
The fifth-generation Honda Prelude 2.2 VTi is widely regarded as one of the finest front-wheel-drive coupés of the 1990s. Its high-revving VTEC engine, slick-shifting five-speed manual gearbox and mechanical four-wheel steering combined to deliver a driving experience that remains genuinely engaging today. With surviving examples increasingly falling to wear and corrosion, well-preserved cars have become difficult to find.
This 1998 example in Cyprus Green Pearl has covered just 15,012 miles from new and has been cared for to a very high standard throughout its life. It has recently passed its MOT with no advisories and will be machine polished and ceramic coated before sale. The car comes with logbooks, service history, tools, spare wheel and all factory keys, marking a compelling opportunity to acquire a carefully preserved example of one of Honda's most celebrated coupés.
