The Appeal
The phase 3 'Blue Engine' V70R was the peak - the veritably lofty peak - of the Volvo V70's line-up. Combining a potent 2.4-litre turbocharged engine with all-wheel drive and a 5-speed automatic gearbox, it's a car that practically carries it all. Rugged, long-legged cruising, practical build quality and, of course, plenty of space. A modern classic amongst its most evolved, and undeniably a practical day-to-day driver.
This example was imported from Japan in 2018 and has had just two registered keepers since arriving in the UK. Japanese-market cars are widely regarded for their superior preservation, and this one appears to be no exception. The current owner, who acquired the car in late 2024, has stored it undercover and limited use to dry conditions.
It's a very well-kept, ready-to-go classic that we're sure has plenty of years ahead of it. image.png852.73 KB
