With its cast-iron block 4G63T engine, renowned for its robustness and tuning potential, along with its five-speed manual gearbox, the Lancer Evolution VIII represents one of the last generations of Evo with relatively straightforward and "analogue" engineering. It predates the arrival of increasingly complex technologies and electronic systems on subsequent generations.
 
This philosophy, combined with the performance of the all-wheel-drive transmission and 4G63T engine, explains the enduring enthusiasm among enthusiasts for well-preserved original examples. This 2004 Evo VIII, displaying under 90,000 km, is among particularly interesting examples.
 
The car presents an original configuration, with silver bodywork and a blue and black Recaro interior that is particularly well preserved. Its history records the replacement of the timing belt and water pump, accompanied by a full service, in December 2023 at 89,756 km.
