The BMW Alpina B7 sits at the very top of the F01/F02 7 Series range. Built by Alpina in Buchloe, Germany, these cars received extensive modifications including a reworked twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8, bespoke suspension tuning, signature 21-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, a quad exhaust system, and a host of interior and exterior enhancements that distinguish them from the standard car. The B7 was a rare sight when new and remains well regarded among enthusiasts.
