Dark blue hood and hood cover. In the 1990s, this gorgeous and rare Mercedes 220 Cabriolet A was extensively restored to perfection by a Mercedes-Benz specialist in the Netherlands. Everything was restored, overhauled, and / or renewed, only the original leather interior upholstery was refurbished and carried over in the restored car. After over 20 years and only 4983 kilometres since the restoration the car is still in excellent condition! The bodywork, paintwork and chrome are in superb condition. The engine-room, underside and boot look nice and clean. The almost 70 years old original interior is in good condition with traces of use and age. The automobile shows all the original details and it is fitted with the factory original Becker radio and Bosch fog lamps. Furthermore, the car comes with the original tool-roll and the ultra-rare original ‘Bad Cannstadt’ suitcase set. A highly desirable example.
