Supplied new to Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd in Newport Pagnell to be used as a development car for their future supercharged cars (DB7 i6 and Vantage V550). We understand this is the only surviving example of 3 they purchased new to this end.
A certificate of authenticity and letter from AML confirm this.
A copy of the first V5 logbook in their name is also present in the extensive history file.
Finished in metallic Silver with a grey leather interior, the car still presents well, drives particularly well and is a joy to drive.
Very reliable on long journeys as a recent 300-mile journey has been able to attest and its fantastic sounding supercharged V6 supercharged engine is also quite sober.
Developping a not inconsiderable 230 bhp with 330lf/ ft of torque, these underrated personal luxury coupes had bullet-proof engines, some of which are known to have covered over 300, 000 miles without needing engine work.
