Well this one certainly isn’t one of my usual classic offerings!
Over the years, I’ve supplied a number of donor bikes to a professional, high end custom bike builder, and this one was a bespoke build for a customer of his around five years ago.
The donor bike was a lovely, four owner, forty thousand mile, 1994, R100RT, that came with much documentation, its original bill of sale, and even hard copy photographs of it in its factory crate, being delivered to its first owner.
I’ll let the pictures do the talking on what is quite a remarkable transformation. Please don’t confuse this one with the multitude of home brewed specials out there, it’s just beautifully engineered from every angle.
Let’s be honest, you’re not going to head off on a European tour on it….. but it looks and sounds glorious.
Booking slots from the builder are available, and similar spec machines now cost close to £20k, so if you’re thinking of building a custom, this one is summer ready, and VERY competitively priced.
