The Appeal
From day one, the Morgan Motor Company were linked to three-wheelers. Three-wheelers were produced for longer in the UK than some other countries, and with H.F.S. Morgan’s belief in penny-pinching car building, the format was perfect. By the time the nifty little F4 was introduced in 1935, Morgan’s reputation for producing three-wheelers was firmly cemented. With its compact little body and tight layout, this was a runabout that offered fairly sporty performance and frugal running costs.
This example was subject to restoration some time ago, and is now beginning to show the odd sign of wear; however, it’s an utterly solid little example and a unique driver’s car that still provides plenty of fun to the discerning motorist.
