The Appeal
Here is something a little different. Vauxhall didn’t offer an open top version of its popular Corsa B, but that hasn’t stopped an intrepid customiser doing exactly that to this 1999 1.4i.
The work appears to have been done to a high standard with a well profiled roof design and T-bar and side strengthening to maintain safety and structure integrity. The car is correctly registered as a convertible with DVLA.
It was acquired by the current keeper in 2021. He set about extensively recommissioning and rebuilding it to the car you see today. You can learn more about that work on his YouTube channel Sofa Warrior.
Beyond the conversion this is a 1999 1.4L Corsa B in smart metallic green with grey fabric interior. The car is in fair, fully working and usable condition with a few areas for the buyer to note in the photos. The MOT runs to November 2025.
If you’re looking for some unusual, economical summer motoring, you’re in luck.
