The Appeal
The SLK is one of those enduringly popular pieces of design, which managed to stay in production for over twenty years, and remain fresh throughout that time. Its sleek two-seater styling and retractable hardtop roof make it both stylish and sporty. And it allows the best of the weather to be enjoyed without compromising on comfort and weatherproofing when required.
This particular SLK is finished in the attractive shade of ‘Cubanite Silver’ paint, which continues Mercedes’ theme of naming their paint colours after rare minerals. And this is complemented by a tan leather interior which looks very smart.
The car features such luxuries as the ‘Airscarf’ ventilation system and Android connectivity. Its supercharged engine produces 160bhp and this is transferred to the rear wheels via a five-speed automatic transmission. And to top this all off, the car comes with a long MOT and extensive original documentation.
