A Jaguar XJ-C Cabriolet did not exist in series, but the British companies Lynx and Avon-Stevens have made this dream real.
According to the last owner, the Jaguar XJ-C 4. 2 liter offered here was converted in the late 70's.
Lynx created a special feature: the entire hood can be removed and the vehicle can be used as a 4-seater convertible fully open without soft-top.
It is said that the vehicle has a mileage of 50, 000 miles; a service booklet is available.
The last owner who resided in Spain acquired this convertible in 1990 and had it converted to left-hand drive at Lynx.
After the car has been rarely used ; just for a restaurant visit or small trips. In recent years it has not been moved at all , and finally sold to us by a Spanish colleague.
The interior is in good condition; the engine, gearbox and chassis require a careful inspection.
The hood is no longer the best. The sun in Spain makes it necessary to replace it.
All of these expenses are within reasonable limits and can be made by our specialist workshop for a separate expense allowance.
