Where do you find another! We are very pleased to be able to offer this 1989 Damson Red Peugeot 309 1. 6 GL Automatic for sale. Having only covered 35169 miles from new by its husband and wife owners and being backed up by a service history until 1999 when it appears to have been taken off the road around this time and parked in the owner’s garage until we discovered it in 2021.
A rarity on today’s roads, this modern classic drives very well indeed with smooth gear changes and no major knocks or rattles. The car stops great too thanks to having reconditioned front brake callipers with new front brake pads and flexi hoses, new brake master cylinder, new rear shoes and brake cylinders. We also replaced the cam belt at the same time as doing a full service and replacing the rear section of the exhaust. We also fitted 4 x new tyres.
The bodywork presents very well for a 34 year old car with only the very odd imperfection which does not detract from the overall appearance. The interior is also very clean with no rips or tears and even has the original factory radio cassette (a selection of tapes is also included in the sale!). We have the full book present along with various invoices and 2 keys.
The car will be sold with a fresh MOT upon sale.
