British built new Norvin Iam based in Tunbridge Wells Kent England, around 30 miles south of London.
They are all NEW, not used or reconditioned parts, matching frame and engine numbers, all new cases are matched and stamped, as you can see from the photo's
the quality is the best you will fine, it's show quality.

The bike's are registered as Vincent/ Norvin to me and unused so it would be sold as a used bike, technically,
