This highly competitive pre-war rally car was commissioned many year ago by the then chairman of the Lagonda Owners Club David Hine who had this superb example created using his extremely rare, original rapide as a template. The work was carried out by highly recognized Lagonda Expert Peter Schofield of the Northern Lagonda Factory, a specialist Lagonda company. This beautifully patinated example has been campaigned successfully on many UK and European rallies and events whilst with its last long term owner.
