This is a Citoen Lomax 3 Wheeler. 602cc engine from a late 2CV. Chromium rocker boxes. Single bucket seater.
Will need its first MOT next Nov when it will be 3 years old. Oversized 5. 25x15 new tyres on front.
Riveted aluminium body (aircraft like) throughout except for bonnet which is narrowed Lomax supplied fibre glass. New straight through exhausts in stainless steel on both sides, so very throaty.(not shown on photos) Also wheel plugs (green discs) fitted to tyres/ rims. A head turner every time. Can deliver anywhere. Tonnau fitted. Taxed until end Mach 2010. Couple of spare wheels. Recently serviced (oil change, filter, points, plugs et al) by Citroen specialist, Paris Motors, Stockport. This car was auctioned on Ebay end of last month. Top bid was £1650. But buyer backed out without even seeing the car. Buyer did not have funds. The reserve was £1500 which is my selling price today.

Basically everything that should work, works. Lights brakes, gears, clutch. etc. The cylinder heads have recently been removed and had a top end overhaul. Valves re ground etc. New push rod seals fitted much improved performance. I dont go much over 60-65 mph unless I want a good frightening. It can be a bit like riding the Alton Towers 'Extreme'.
The car is a real head turner and does about 50 - 60 miles to the gallon depending on how you drive it. Insurance has been with Adrian Flux, fully comp, £160
I've put a reserve of £1500 on this sale which is what I paid for it before I bought the new exhausts and one or two few other bits and bobs
So bid in the knowledge that you're bidding for a drivers car. A car you place into the corners. A three wheeler that has actually has a reverse gear. They say 'you cant do much better than convert you cash in to fun. This car qualifies. And besides your cash its worth nothing in the bank.
