A well-cared-for car with relatively low mileage for its year.
The engine was constructed in 2001 and is a steel-liner AJ-V8 engine and not the sometimes-problematical nikasil-liner engine. A previous owner – the first being Ford Jaguar – addressed known engine design faults (replacement of secondary timing chains, guides and tensioners, water pump and thermostat with later generation replacement – invoices are included with the car).
The previous owner bought the car for wedding work, but COVID stopped his plans. I have owned the car since July 2020, and a new fuel pump was fitted just before my ownership.
There were some rust issues, but these have been professionally dealt with, again invoices are included.

The Registration document shows 3 previous owners and me buying the car in July 2020. The MoT was passed on 21 December with no minors and no advisories. The car has been used sparingly since. I am selling it as the car is not getting enough use, and I am reducing the number of cars I own
The exterior condition is good with no significant marks - a few marks on the wing mirrors as expected. There are no dents. Chrome work is good. There was some rust on the wheel arches, but this has been professionally restored - the invoice is available
The leather is in good condition. Some minor wear on the driver bolster, but no rips or tears. The woodwork is in good condition. No sagging on the headlining.
In good condition mechanically. It was serviced a few thousand miles ago. Plenty of tread on the tyres.
