Car was registered on the 5/ 3/ 2004 to a Mr Block of Solihull who kept the car for 5 years covering 8904 miles, it was then bought by a Mr Ainsworth in Stockport in 2009 who cherished the car until he could no longer drive it in 2024 during this time it covered a further 28000 miles.
Despite the low milage the car has an impressive service history with 18 stamps and VAT receipts
A MOT history check shows no major issues.
I purchased the car in 2024 from a specialist dealer in Manchester , but had the pleasure of meeting Mr Ainsworth who was known to the proprietors.
The car has been garaged all its life, which is evident from the condition.
In my ownership in addition to an A oil service I have changed the tyres, refurbished the wheels, it has also had new rear brake pads, full brake flush, new bleed screws and a new front calliper and hose as one of the bleed screws snapped during the flush, air con gas recharged and the known issue of the brittle cable entry plug on the auto-box replaced with a new one.
I have also installed a CarPlay system with rear camera which can easily be taken out if the car is to be kept original for shows.
I bought the car for my wife who wanted a 4 seater to replace her 2 seater convertible to accommodate our young grandchildren .
I have really enjoyed driving it, it cruises fantastically on the motorway and has been a pleasure to own. Unfortunately my wife won’t drive it as she finds it too big. b
Car is in South Wales (SA4) and is garaged
