Peugeot 309 GTi 3 Door presented in Vallelunga Red, 158000 miles. This car has had a bare metal, glass out respray. This car is fitted with a 405 Mi 16 Engine, this car must be seen as there is only 40 Peugeot 309 GTi's left on the UK roads today. Even though the 309 was under shadowed by its smaller brother, the 205 GTi this car is one of the unsung heros of the early 90's being made to compete with the good old Ford XR3i, but having a bigger engine it was quicker and had better road handling than the XR3i and if this car had a ford badge it would be £20, 000 !
This car is in great condition but does have a heavy clutch so that's why we have priced at £10, 000 and not the £15, 000 Car and Classic Car have valued it at.
It has power steering, electric windows and alloy wheels that have all been refurbed with good tyres. You must see this car to appreciate its condition. Like i have said its got a heavy clutch, now it might be a competition clutch or it might not, I don't know. Only 40 left on UK roads, this car is in really great condition and must be seen.
Paperwork wise, I don't have much but I do have the all important V5 with a few bills and MOT's but this car is 36 years old and things get lost along the way. This is why we have priced it at £10, 000 not £15, 000 !
