Good going project car, however will need welding to pass a mot. Best to use for spares/ repairs. Engine and gearbox are great, has only done 65k/ 66k and even recently did 200 miles no bother. Could be used as parts or for an engine swap into a vehicle with less corrosion. With more time and money could be fully restored but not viable at current garage rates. If you want the reg please message, you can then online for mot fail last month. I am unsure whether the car will be sold with that plate that’s currently on it, or plate removed (it’s a short 6 digit no plate that’s currently one been offered £250 for alone).
Been a local car since new, was the first ever e46 supplied by bmw main dealer in Inverness.
Car has an interesting backstory when brought from the long term owners father in Feb 2021. Was pre ordered by the first owner before the e46 ever really came out - it’s on a S reg (sept 98).

Basically selling for spares, repairs or restoration - no MOT - it expired start of Dec 2025.
£650 OnoThis time last year (Dec 2024) the car got a full service - oil/ filter, air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and coolant changed. I have the receipt for that along with some other paperwork. Only covered around 1, 700 miles since this service was done.
It’s been a local car since new and been daily driven, it’s a bit of a survivor car. Original stereo with Cd changer, dealer sticker, 15” wheels, bmw tool kit and so on.
