The nights are drawing in and it’s generally pretty miserable outside. Time to brighten things up with something a little more vibrant. This stunning and very yellow 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu<\/a> is definitely that. Buy this and nobody is going to miss you. The Chevelle is a big car to begin with, but when you coat its vast panels in a hue as bright as this one, you’re in for an assault on the eyes. But in a good way, of course. This is a car to put a smile on your face. There’s the paint of course, but there is also the rumbling V8, the chrome wheels and the smile-inducing novelty that comes from driving an American classic on UK soil.<\/p>\n

\"1967<\/a><\/p>\n

The Chevrolet Chevelle was introduced in 1964, and while this is a ’67 car, and as such looks very different from those early cars, it is in fact a first generation model. It was in 1966 when the fist-generation car was completely restyled, but while still retaining the A Body platform. In 1967, the Chevelle was given a face-lift, which included a new front grille and lights, along with heavily stylised wraparound tail lights.<\/p>\n

The Chevelle we’re looking at here is a Malibu model, which was and still is extremely desirable. It might not have the gruff kudos of the SS, but then at \u00a328,995 it doesn’t have the SS price tag either.<\/p>\n

\"1967<\/a><\/p>\n

The car is a recent import and as you can see, is far from standard specification. There has been a recent restoration in which seemingly nothing has been left untouched. There is a fresh interior including seats and carpets, there are lashings of new chrome and that body has clearly been lovingly restored before being painted in that striking hue. It sits on Cragar style wheels and all together, looks pretty cool.<\/p>\n

\"1967<\/a><\/p>\n

For just shy of thirty grand, this is an exceptional American classic. The 327 V8 gives it proper muscle car bragging rights, while the automatic transmission ensures it’s easy to drive – just buy it, jump in and cruise into the sunset. That’s what cars like this are all about!<\/p>\n
