The Appeal
As far as off-roaders go there can be no dispute that the Land Rover Range Rover is up there with the best of the best and the fact that it has been in constant production since 1970 should tell you all you need to know about its capabilities, and indeed popularity.
But what proof for such claims we here you cry. Well, back in 1980 a legendary off-road vehicle competition was born. Named the Camel Trophy it was colloquially known as the 4X4 Olympics and it was the ultimate off-road test that became dominated by all models of Land Rover, most notable the Range Rover.
Built as an homage to that legendary 4X4, this Camel Trophy tribute is as authentic as they come and features the correct colour scheme as well as all of the various accoutrements bestowed upon the original 1987 Camel Trophy car, including the Brownchurch roof rack and tools.
Benefiting from a complete engine overhaul with numerous upgrades, the car comes to market in excellent overall condition and is free from rust, having spent its life in Spain. Magazine featured, such is its appeal, and ready to take you to the ends of the earth, this Land Rover Range Rover Camel Trophy evocation is a completely unique vehicle intended for enthusiasts of the brand and evokes the wonderful years of adventures of the Camel Trophy.
