The Appeal
The MGB Roadster is one of the most recognisable and rewarding British sports cars of its generation. This 1976 example sits among the later rubber-bumper cars, a model year with a dedicated following among MGB enthusiasts who appreciate its particular dashboard layout and period character.
This roadster is noted to have been restored, with the work reportedly supported by a file of bills and receipts. Finished in black with a cream leather interior piped in black, it cuts a handsome figure on its 14-inch Rostyle wheels with chrome rim embellishers. The specification is enhanced by overdrive on third and fourth gears. A new mohair hood, new battery, and immobiliser are understood to have been fitted, and two sets of keys are included.
