The Appeal
The Mk2 Fiat Panda has quietly earned a devoted following among those who appreciate honest, characterful motoring. Light, nimble and endlessly practical, it's amongst the best compact city cars of the 2000s, delivering a go kart-like driving experience that larger modern cars simply can't replicate. The Eleganza specification added some extra creature comforts, sufficient to make it feel like it could rub shoulders with higher-spec, more expensive motors.
This 2007 example comes to auction having recently received considerable mechanical attention. During the current ownership, a new timing belt, water pump, clutch slave cylinder, exhaust back box and centre pipe have all been fitted, while the clutch was replaced at 77,135 miles. A service book with 10 stamps and a file of invoices dating back to 2017 document its upkeep over the years.
With its MOT running until January 2027 and a raft of recent work already completed, this Panda Eleganza offers an appealing, low-cost entry point into increasingly collectable modern-classic territory.image.png1.2 MB

✓ We want a smooth transaction just as much as you do and as such we run all UK-registered cars and motorbikes for sale on Car & Classic through an online HPI check to verify that they show no insurance database markers for damage or theft, and have no finance owing, allowing you to bid with confidence.
✓ We also check whether vehicles are recorded as being written off as part of an insurance total loss claim at the time an advert is placed on Car & Classic and we helpfully provide write-off category labels (Cat C/D/S/N) for your assistance. However, the presence or absence of a label does not guarantee the vehicle’s status and it is always worthwhile carrying out your own full vehicle history check before making an offer on a vehicle.
