We are pleased to be able to offer another 911 Junior for sale. Never mind video games and scale models, this is THE ultimate experience for a young petrol head itching to get behind the wheel of their very own Porsche.
THE MODEL
Produced in the 1980s, the Porsche 911 Junior was sold through Porsche dealers and some high end department stores as a licensed product. This Junior is stamped number C251 and is said that less than 300 original examples were produced, making it one of the rarer “911’s” available today.
Powered by a 1 cylinder type G100 Honda engine with an 83ccm capacity, producing a blistering 2. 5 hp, the engine is mated to a manual 2-speed gearbox (2 forward gears, 1 reverse) with a multi-disc wet clutch (operated with a dedicated clutch pedal) letting the little ones in your life get a head start on how to drive!
The previous owner had the car carefully restored and benefits from a new engine of the same ilk. The original engine can be supplied with the car should you wish. The headlights, indicators, horn and brake lights all work as you would hope.
