This Armstrong Siddeley has just come in as part exchange on another classic. It needs restoration, so please don’t think it’s going to drive away
The paintwork has various areas that are bubbling and cracked paint. The rear seat needs refurbishing as do door panels etc.
The previous owner did have it running via a remote fuel feed and moving backwards and forwards. There is however no brakes. It is fitted with the optional twin carbs and pre select gearbox. It was uk registered in 1964 although the v5 notes it was previously registered overseas. I believe this model was only produced between 1953 and 1958, so this one dates somewhere in between. The chassis number is 340874. It comes with current and old style v5 and lots of old mots
It will need a fair amount of work, but in our opinion worth saving, especially as so few were produced
