Produced for only thirteen months between August 1967 and September 1968, the Triumph TR5 and its carbureted TR250 sibling are rare and immensely sought after amongst TR enthusiasts. The latter was built specifically for the American market, and here we have a very tidy left-hand drive example from 1968. Visually, the TR5/TR250 remained much like the TR4, but the key difference was the addition of a straight-six engine, replacing the outgoing TR4.
Complete with Contrôle Technique until 22nd December 2026, we're informed that this TR250 is in good running order. As the photographs attest, it is in very good condition, showing minimal signs of wear and tear, besides a light patina commensurate with age.image.png1.35 MB
