Produced in vast numbers between 1967 and 1975, the iconic Ford Mk1 Escort catered to a wide range of needs, from a modest family car and light commercial vehicle to a global rallying and motorsport icon. It was available in an extensive variety of configurations and engines. This, combined with its lightweight, rear-wheel-drive design, made the Escort a great fun car to own and drive.
This particular 1973 example was sourced in South Africa from an estate where the same keeper had owned it for the past 45 years.
