The Appeal
When BMW announced the end of the E24 in 1989, there was no doubt a legion of enthusiasts in uproar. With its low-slung, sporty appearance, luxurious interior and comfortable Grand-Tourer aesthetics, it’s little wonder that the car had become a very beloved example of what the brand did best. That’s represented now in a fierce enthusiast market that’s still clamouring for strong, unmodified examples.
Coming from the final year of production, this 635CSi has been pampered to maintain those all-important period features, an excellent interior and - crucially - keep the M30 power plant running at its best.
