The Appeal
The R107 is something of a trendsetter for the world of the roadster - in fact, thanks to its exceptional endurance, build quality and reliability, many label it one of the ultimate renditions of the open-top tourer formula. It's a car that ticks all of the boxes, offering executive-level refinement in the cabin, sharp lines and big proportions in a powerful package.
Later cars are amongst the more desirable ones, thanks to their galvanised bodies, and offer the most refined variant of the R107. Plus, with production coming to a close in August of '89, final year examples have become relatively scarce. As a result, we expect this handsome Arctic White example will garner plenty of well-deserved interest.
Having had plenty of work completed in recent years, garage-kept for at least 20 years, and supplied with 12 months MOT, this car is a great example of the final variant of the R107.
