The Appeal
The XJS and Jaguar’s V12 is such a delectable combination that it is easy to see why it remained in production for nearly 25 years. The final versions of these cars got a larger 6L version of the engine that pushed power over 310bhp.
Less than 4,000 were produced over the last four years of production. This beautiful British Racing Green car was built in 1994 so is one of the facelift cars with the desirable galvanised bodywork. It has been with the same registered keeper from new. He is an owner who clearly values maintenance, because despite a low mileage for the year, it has 30 service stamps from new. It was last serviced in 2024 and has covered few miles since.
The classic paintwork is combined with a smart tan leather interior with matching roof and tonneau. Detail touches include gold badging - an option in the USA - and gold-accented five spoke alloy wheels.
This USA specification car is now located in the Netherlands. We are told that all import duties have been paid. With clean CARFAX report - shown in the photos - which documents that comprehensive history, this is a rare and very well kept example of the superb XJS.
