Arguably one of the best-evolved Roadsters ever put on sale, the R129 is a fabulous blend of luxury and performance, gently evolving from its legendary predecessor, the R107. It was incredibly modern for its day, and perfectly bridges the gap between the rock-solid utilitarian styling of the 80s and the smoother, more modern shapes we affiliate with a Merc today.
This example has recently been imported to the Netherlands from the good old US of A, and comes to us in remarkable order. All that's left is to get it registered in the EU, inspected and taken out onto the asphalt. Good examples of these have never been more popular, and we're sure it'll prove a very rewarding classic.
