In addition to a fantastic specification, the model presents in great condition, a testament to its low mileage figure of less than 50,000 miles. Despite its 6 different owners, it has been meticulously maintained with frequent service book stamps and a lot of recent work overhauling much of the car’s underpinnings.
In true GT style, this Aston Martin DB7 V12 Vantage features a plush, handsome interior. Black leather trim decorates much of the cabin whilst charcoal pipe stitching provides some subtle detail. Capping off this brilliantly adorned space are the touches of walnut veneer across the door cards, centre console and dashboard.
Whilst there is some creasing to the driver’s seat in particular, the rest of the interior appears to be in fantastic condition. The charcoal, Aston Martin-embroidered carpets present well and the wood trim reflects nicely whilst there seem to be no signs of sun damage to the leather dash top. Even the steering wheel and gear knob appear free of wear marks.
A car of its time, we have no reason to believe anything is faulty inside the car. Indeed, the air conditioning for example is said to kick out ice cold air, as it should. With modern Aston Martin cars moving towards a more aggressive design philosophy, one can only look back at the time of the DB7 with fond memories. This car is a wonderful piece of timeless automotive design that will no doubt remain in fashion for decades to come.
Coupled with the fantastic Canna Di Fucile paint colour, this particular model stands out from the crowd. Indeed, it is most commonly a Ferrari shade, but pairs nicely with this British V12 GT. The silver alloys also contrast the paint colour nicely.
Externally, this Aston presents even better than this inside. The paint shows very few imperfections having clearly been well loved throughout its life.
