The Appeal

The Yoshimura Tornado S1 represents the pinnacle of what Pop Yoshimura's engineers could achieve when given free rein. Released in 2002 and limited to just 50 examples worldwide, the S1 was exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, taking the already formidable Suzuki GSXR1000 as its foundation and transforming it into a 170bhp showcase of Yoshimura's finest.

This is number 21 of that exclusive 50-unit production run, and it shows 6,990 km on the odometer. The specification reads like a Yoshimura catalogue: the engine was completely rebuilt with high-compression cylinders and springs, ported and polished internals, and paired with a Yoshimura-tuned exhaust system. The chassis benefits from a strengthened swingarm and triple clamps, while the bodywork comprises all-carbon-fibre fairings and an aluminium fuel tank. A quick shifter completes the performance package.

Imported from Japan in 2025, the motorcycle received a fresh service comprising oil and filters in Poland in March 2026, along with a thorough detail. The vendor informs us that it is in original collector's condition throughout, and it comes with the necessary paperwork for registration.
