The Appeal

The R170 transformed the small two-seater convertible market by giving buyers a car that was both coupe and roadster. That was thanks to the clever folding hard top borrowed from the bigger SL. These early SLKs are becoming increasingly popular with buyers because of their mix of Mercedes quality and sheer usability.
