The Appeal

Achingly pretty and with a sonorous supercharged V6 under the bonnet, the Jaguar F-Type is without doubt a worthy successor to its ancestor, the legendary E-Type. Roadsters such as this lovely 2014 example evoke the sporting feel of ‘60s Jaguars but also manage to feel contemporary.

This F-Type has clearly been cherished its whole life, benefitting from regular servicing and careful usage. It is presented in very good order both mechanically and cosmetically, making it amongst the smartest F-Types of this vintage.

The Interior

Tan upholstery
Very little wear to the seats
As you would expect, the driver’s seat displays the most wear but there is little to report
Slight creasing to the driver’s seat squab but this is not especially noticeable
The dashboard presents well overall, with a few signs of wear and tear in places
Slight sheen to the leather steering wheel from use, but no damage we could see
All of the switchgear and infotainment presents well and we understand it works as it should
The black carpeting offsets the tan leather nicely and is very serviceable
Inside the boot, the carpet is very smart and there is ample space for stowing luggage
Equipped with all the usual modern conveniences including reversing camera, automatic lights and keyless ignition

The Exterior

Striking Firesand Metallic paintwork
The paint appears in very good shape with no blemishes immediately apparent
Peering down the sides, the bodywork is really straight and the doors fit well
The vendor does not report any damage or corrosion
Soft top roof finished in tan to match the upholstery
The roof fabric appears in good shape, as does the rear window
All the exterior trim is present and in fine condition
Light lenses remain clear and the exterior mirrors are in great condition
The car sits upon smart alloy wheels which are in good condition for their age

Summary
