The Appeal

Following up the brilliant L322 was a tough call, but the handsome L405 managed to make the Range Rover even better. Lightweight aluminium construction and advanced technology made the long-lived 4x4 as comfort on road as it was off road.

This supercharged 5L V8 L405 dials everything up to 11, and not just in terms of its supercar-bating 510bhp performance. Smartly presented in Luxor silver metallic with a two-tone black and tan leather interior, it is a really highly specified example that left the Solihull works with close to $19,000 of options. Those extras include upgraded audio and entertainment, 22in wheels and shadow walnut veneer.
