The Appeal

It's rather odd, when you think about it. More than 80 years after the company was founded, such a sporting-themed company has only ever built a handful of two-seater roadsters. So when the Z3 was announced, expectations were high.

Thankfully the Z3 proved well worth the wait. Aided by its evocative, vented retro styling and perky 6-pot performance, the car was sprung into stardom by a starring turn in James Bond and quickly became a dominant force in the drop-top segment. Nowadays, it's one of BMW's definitive modern classics.

This fabulous example comes to us in excellent order, having benefited from the driver-friendly Spanish climes and a history of dry storage.
