The Appeal
This 2008 Defender will strongly appeal to enthusiasts. It is fitted with the more powerful and refined ‘Puma’ engine and is a low mileage, factory-standard 90 soft top in desirable Keswick Green. A Sankey trailer in matching colour is included.
It remained with its first keeper until April 2024. The large history file shows regular maintenance by Land Rover dealers and specialists throughout its life. The vendor reports that it runs ‘perfectly’ and has smooth gear change.
The photos show a very well-preserved late-model Defender that has clearly led a lightly-used life. The practical soft top rear deck looks barely used and the hardwearing fabric seats are in good order. There are a few minor cosmetic points to note, not untypical of a 18 year old vehicle, but it comes with the reassurance of a clean Controle Technique to April 2026.
