The Appeal
Enthusiasts rate the early E90 as the last of the analogue, fully engaging 3-Series cars. That’s because it retained the hydraulic steering system of earlier cars and, in this case, the naturally aspirated 255bhp 3L N52 engine, which later cars replaced with a lower-powered straight six.
On top of that, this 2006 330i SE adds several more. It is a very low-mileage car that we’re told has been in the same family from new. It certainly impresses in the photos, the Titan Silver paintwork and black interior showing few signs of use. The car is factory standard save for a modern Android stereo. The original unit comes with the car. This car also features the well-regarded Steptronic 6spd auto box.
The service history continues the theme, showing a run of 20 stamps with most by main dealers. Often the gap between services is only a few hundred miles. The last service was in June 2026, and the current MOT runs to October with no advisories.
For those seeking a well-documented, carefully kept 330i with genuine low usage, this is one well worth considering.
The vendor says:
“There are no faults with the engine as it's been looked after really well and not done many miles. It's been serviced by BMW, and recently I've had a full service done. Filters. Oil and spark plugs.
“Overall, the car is in amazing condition inside and out and mechanically, as it has hardly done any miles and it's been looked after very well.”
