The Appeal
The Gransport cost around 20 per cent more than the standard 4200GT, in return for which buyers got a sharper, faster and more purposeful version of Maserati’s beautiful Ferrari-engined GT. The Cambiocorsa 6-speed sequential automatic was tuned to deliver 35 per cent faster gear changes; the car was lowered, and sports seats, carbon fibre and an aero body kit were added.
Only a couple of hundred were sold here in RHD, so this 2006 Nettuno Blue car is rare. It is a really well kept car that has covered just 65,000 miles with a handful of previous owners. The history and MOT files back up the mileage, the former reportedly showing regular maintenance by main dealers and marque specialists Autofficina. The last service was in January by Vettura Hanger, since when it has covered few miles.
With an MOT valid until March 2027, original book packs, factory tool kit, Maserati tyre inflator, and a clean HPi report, here is a chance to acquire a rare version of one of Italy’s best modern classic grand tourers.
