The Appeal

Ian Callum’s handsome X150 may well be the last of Jaguar’s traditional petrol-powered grand tourers, cars with a sleek profile, powerful engines and a generous application of wood and leather. The supercharged XKR adds an extra layer of power that makes these aluminium-bodied cars particjlarly compelling. With its XKR-tuned Computer Active Technology Suspension and Dynamic Stability Control, it offered a rewarding blend of grand touring refinement and genuine performance.

This 2007 example is finished in Liquid Silver Metallic and benefits from the factory XKR Luxury Package. It also features Burl Walnut veneer trim, adaptive Bi-Xenon headlamps, a 7-inch touchscreen with DVD navigation, Smart Key with push-button start, heated memory seats, and Reverse Park Control.
