The Appeal
The Ferrari California was a landmark model for Maranello, being the marque's first front-engined V8 grand tourer to feature a folding metal hardtop. Powered by a 4.3-litre V8 derived from the unit found in the F430, it offers a cfabulous driving experience, while its elegant proportions and grand touring credentials make it one of the more usable modern Ferraris.
This 2011 right-hand drive example is presented in Rosso Fiorano over a contrasting leather interior, a combination that suits the California's flowing lines. Having covered 27,911 miles from new, the car is described by the vendor as being in good condition throughout, with the retractable hardtop operating correctly. Maintenance has been carried out by both Ferrari main dealers and recognised specialists, with the car most recently entrusted to Kent High Performance Ferrari in September 2026 for a service and general maintenance. With a current MOT and recent specialist attention, this California is well placed to be enjoyed by its next keeper.IMG_0525.jpg9.47 MB

The reason why so few carmakers use powered retractable hard tops is that they are remarkably expensive and complicated to get right. However, when they do, these cars are convertibles in their most usable form. The Ferrari California's roof is an engineering marvel, converting an open-air GT into a stylish coupé in a matter of seconds. As the photographs attest, this Ferrari presents beautifully throughout, resplendent in a fetching and desirable colour combination.
The vendor states the car runs and drives very well
Maintained by both Ferrari main dealers and recognised specialists (as detailed above)
These are complex cars, so servicing is key. As the above record shows, this California has been very well maintained despite sparing usage. Following a period of off-road storage, the car was treated to a major service in 2024 and has been judiciously attended to ever since while accumulating exceedingly modest mileage. The MOT is advisory free and the most recent servicing was carried out in August 2026. IMG_0655.jpg8.35 MB BEFORE YOU BUY
