A beautiful example of this iconic car.
Have taken the tough decision to sell the car, since I am moving to Cornwall and, although garaged, do not want to subject the car to the salty sea air and humidity of the coastal climate.
In a nutshell:
- Fully restored 1986 Charleston. Excellent paintwork, beading, new canvas and seats. No rust. Engine sandblasted, very clean, and runs very sweetly.
- Galvanised chassey.
- Clutch has been recently replaced.
- Tow bar (amazing how well this little 600cc runner coped in the winter snow pulling a trailer! It left the sports cars spinning pathetically!)
- Built in a superb sound system (front and back speakers) without cutting into any panels.
- Installed a cigarette lighter for SATNAV and phone charging purposes.
- Tyres in good order. Spare in place with tools. Original booklet, and new service manual.
- Car cover included.
MOT and Road Tax in place.
