Description
Part of a private collection, this Caterham Super 7 1700 has been owned and cherished by the previous engineer owner for over 30 years. The mileage of just under 4, 000 miles is absolutely genuine and the condition of the car is virtually as new. It comes with a roll bar, full weather equipment, tonneau cover and racing seat belts. The 1700cc Super Sprint engine with twin Weber carburettors delivers a shattering performance and it's Lotus 7 provenance, fantastic road holding. Built and registered in 1987 the car is coming up to 40 years old. It carries a Q plate but the previous owner 'knocked off the Q' because it made the number too long to affix on the nose! Any inspection invited, you will not be disappointed.
